ضمن فعاليات مهرجان الفيلم الأوروبي الثاني والعشرون  ، واحتفالا بمدينة الزرقاء عاصمة للثقافة الأردنية لعام 2010، ينظم الاتحاد الأوروبي مع حبر دوت كوم ومسرح البلد يوما للتصوير في مدينة الزرقاء يوم السبت ١٨ أيلول/سبتمبر ٢٠١٠. سوف يقوم مجموعة من المصورين بقضاء يوم في شوارع المدينة يلتقطون الصور ويسجلون الأصوات التي تحكي قصصا من الزرقاء، بالتعاون.
