فوجئنا صباح اليوم لرؤية منطقة السوق الشعبي في العبدلي خالية من الأكشاك، وعند السؤال، آخبرنا أحد الباعة أن المحافظ أمر بإزالتها، وهذا هو بالفعل الخبر الذي نقلته صحيفة الدستور اليوم: قامت أمانة عمان الكبرى صباح أمس ، وبقرار من محافظة العاصمة ، بإزالة أكشاك الملابس المستعملة وبسطات الخضار المنتشرة في سوق العبدلي القديم ، يدعمها.

مركز إصلاح وتأهيل الموقر يختلف عن غالبية السجون الأردنية من عدة نواحي، فهو يتضمن فصلا أكثر للنزلاء بحسب تصنيف خطورتهم، ومراقبة أكثر، ولكنه في الوقت ذاته يوفر خدمات وبرامج متعددة كالرسم والموسيقى والتمثيل والزراعة. هذه مجموعة من الصور من داخل المركز، بلا شك لا تمثل سوى جانب محدد منه، إذ لم يتسنى الدخول إلى المهاجع.

Around 300 Jordanians marched from Saladdin Mosque to the Prime Ministry after Friday prayers yesterday to protest the latest Israeli measures in Al-Aqsa mosque and Jerusalem. Gathering across the street from the Prime Ministry, the protestors chanted slogans denouncing Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas and Arab governments and cheering for Hamas. They criticized the Jordanian public.
