حتى يرى الإصلاح السياسي النور في عام 2010 كما يعد المسؤولون، هناك مجموعة تتألف من ثلاثة مواطنين أردنيين قد يكونوا أولى من غيرهم بالجلوس على الموائد السمتديرة و الانخراط في عمليات العصف الذهني لإعطاء تصوراتهم عن نوع الاصلاح الذي يناسب ” وضع الأردن”. أولى هذه الشخصيات هو أبو خالد، و هو سائق تاكسي يعمل منذ.

Special Contribution by Tony Howard It is with great sadness that we heard today about the death of Hammad Hamdan, a Zalabia Bedouin from Wadi Rum, and son of Sheikh Hamdan who, in 1952, became the first Bedouin to guide Europeans up Jebel Rum. Hammad himself was also a Mountain Guide, initially for the Jordanian.

مركز إصلاح وتأهيل الموقر يختلف عن غالبية السجون الأردنية من عدة نواحي، فهو يتضمن فصلا أكثر للنزلاء بحسب تصنيف خطورتهم، ومراقبة أكثر، ولكنه في الوقت ذاته يوفر خدمات وبرامج متعددة كالرسم والموسيقى والتمثيل والزراعة. هذه مجموعة من الصور من داخل المركز، بلا شك لا تمثل سوى جانب محدد منه، إذ لم يتسنى الدخول إلى المهاجع.
